7-Day Exchange

You can request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.

No Returns

SixSe7en currently does not offer returns. Orders can only be exchanged if they meet our exchange conditions.

Exchange Shipping

For eligible exchanges, SixSe7en will bear the shipping charges.

Sale Items

Sale items are also eligible for exchange, subject to the same exchange conditions.

Product Condition

To be eligible for an exchange, the product must be unused, unwashed and undamaged, with all original tags intact.

Products with stains, damage, washing, alterations, removed tags, or any signs of use will not be eligible for exchange.

Please make sure the product reaches us in its original condition

COD — 10% Advance Payment

For Cash on Delivery orders, 10% of the order value must be paid in advance to confirm the order.

Advance Payment — ₹150
Pay at Delivery — ₹1,350
